Campuses have libraries, restaurants, athletic centres and are accessible by our public transit. We have one residence at Progress Camps that students can lease for their semester abroad. Programs not available for exchange students: - English Language Learning - Nursing - Paramedic - Many programs in the School of Transportation have limited availability and also may not be available to exchange students - Graduate level programs within The Business School

Scholarship Information There are a number of scholarships available to students from ASEAN and ELAP countries that are given out by EduCanada.

Average Housing Cost $1200.00 average per month.
Local Transportation $150.00 average per month. This can include cost of buses, trains, and other forms of public transportation.
Other Program Fees $650.00 excluding tuition. These may include activity, lab/materials, or other fees.

Additional Program Information ESTIMATED EXPENSES Toronto can be quite expensive to live in. We ask students to do their own research and ensure they have sufficient funds. Here is a general estimate: Room and Board - $1500/month Meals - $400/month (not dining out) Transportation - $130/month (Public transit only) Books & School Supplies – approx. $900 for a semester VISAS Study permit: It is not necessary to obtain a Study Permit if the student is studying in Canada for less than 6 months. However, if exchange students wish to work while studying in Canada, they will need a study permit. Canadian Visa: Even though exchange students may not need a study permit, depending on your citizenship, you may need a visa or electronic travel authorization (eTA) to enter Canada. Exchange Program As part of the Global Experience program we will arrange for a few social outings for the whole group together per semester. These can be to special events downtown (like ROM at Night or our CNE or for day long tours.

Program A/B Information Additional Information EXCHANGE QUOTA Centennial College will accept a total of two (2) exchange students per academic year from each partner institution. Institutions can send two (2) students for one semester each, or one (1) student for BOTH the Fall and Winter semester. Please note that each academic year, we will evaluate the total number of incoming and outgoing exchange students between our institutions. We may have to adjust the number of incoming exchange students until we are able to send students to the partner institution to maintain a balance. APPLICATION PROCEDURE 1. Nomination Deadline: Partners must first nominate students to us by emailing emays@centennialcollege.ca with the following information for the student(s): Full Name, date of birth, program at home institution, desired program at Centennial College, Term, email address. We will then contact the students and provide them with instructions for completing their application online.
