Program A is an exchange program through which UMAP participating institutions send and receive up to two students with tuition waivers each semester.

Program B is a negotiated bilateral exchange between two institutions that have agreed to exchange more than two students per semester.

Programs A and B follow a timeline that has two application cycles. Programs that are open for application only during the early or First application cycle are marked with .

Programs that are open for application only during the late or Second application cycle are marked with .

Programs that are open for application during both early/late or First and Second application cycles are marked with .

Program C consists of short-term programs of one to eight-weeks, for which tuition may be charged.

Virtual Programs are offered entirely online and may include both short-term and semester-long programs.

Academic Mobility Exchange For Undergraduate And Master At Airlangga (AMERTA)

AMERTA is an international semester exchange program hosted by Universitas Airlangga to offer international students overseas take an opportunity to partake in studying for one semester in Universitas Airlangga. This program is available on-site for international students who are interested in a number of uniquely Indonesian perspective subjects in social and cultural aspects, economics, natural sciences, and health/life sciences. Inaugurated in 2014, it was successfully conducted for its first batch. All courses are fully delivered in English, and students are given some benefits such as Indonesian language learning, cultural trip, international events, and online learning delivered by overseas academics throughout the program. AMERTA focuses on the current issues happening in Indonesia?a developing country?amidst the dynamic nature of globalisation and see them through the perspective of natural, health and social sciences. Natural and health sciences provide a wide array of knowledge about Indonesian biodiversity, the dynamic of tropical medicine development and community empowerment in health sector, especially in Indonesia as a developing country; whereas social sciences offer the dynamics of Indonesian urban culture, creative economy and society as the impact of globalisation.

Discovery Camp: Airlangga Adventure

Universitas Airlangga is reopening opportunities for international students (non-Indonesian Citizens) to take part in AIRVENTURE 2024. This program will focus on preserving marine habitats with the theme "Protecting Marine Biodiversity". Through AIRVENTURE, participants are expected to be able to observe and explore the protection, preservation, management and restoration of biodiversity as natural resources that should be taking care for. This program raises an SDG theme, namely “Protect, restore and promote sustainable use of terrestrial ecosystems, sustainably manage forests, combat desertification, and halt and reverse land degradation and halt biodiversity loss”
