| Program Description | The Global Leadership Program (U-LEAD) focuses on developing the youth of today through a series of modules focusing on the concept of global leadership, important issues of leadership, and multiculturalism in the era of globalization. There will also be an emphasis on personal growth and development where participants will be exposed to the strategies and branding of their personalities and leadership qualities. Additionally, participants will have the opportunity to learn about the success stories of icons and great leaders of the past as several iconic and successful leaders in their respective fields will be highlighted in this program through sharing sessions. This program will prepare the new leaders to undertake the new challenges in this era of globalization. Overall, participants will engage in a comprehensive program comprising lectures, interactive workshops, enriching field trips, and cross-cultural collaborative learning experiences. | |
