Program Description | The ILocandia Discovery Summer Camp 2025 "A Journey Through Culture and Nature for Sustainability" Lyceum-Northwestern University proudly presents the Virtual Discovery Summer Camp 2025, an interactive and engaging online program designed to inspire learning, creativity, and global collaboration. This camp offers a diverse range of virtual activities, including academic enrichment, skills development, cultural exchange, and interactive workshops led by expert mentors. Aligned with SDG 3 (Good Health and Well-being), SDG 4 (Quality Education), SDG 11 (Sustainable Cities and Communities), and SDG 17 (Partnerships for the Goals), the summer camp focuses on how communities, traditions, and local wisdom can contribute to creating healthier, more equitable, and sustainable futures. Through a series of engaging virtual sessions and collaborative activities, students will explore how culture influences health and well-being, education, and how climate action and partnerships can accelerate progress toward a more resilient world. The virtual cultural presentations and other related activities seek to empower students with knowledge, skills, and actionable strategies to contribute to the global movement for good health and well-being, sustainable cities and communities, climate action, and partnerships. This journey will uncover the ways in which cultural heritage and environmental practices can shape a brighter, more inclusive future for a better world. | |
