| Program Description | The UNPAB International Student Exchange Program is an academic mobility initiative organized by Universitas Pembangunan Panca Budi (UNPAB), Medan, Indonesia, designed to promote cross-cultural learning, academic collaboration, and global engagement among university students. Through this program, students from partner institutions have the opportunity to study, collaborate, and experience academic life at UNPAB for one/two semester. The program combines academic coursework, cultural immersion, community engagement, and research collaboration, allowing participants to broaden their global perspectives while gaining valuable intercultural experience. - Program Objectives 1. To enhance students’ global 2. competencies and academic exposure. 3. To foster mutual understanding and cultural appreciation among international participants. 4. To encourage collaborative learning and research between UNPAB and partner universities. 5. To strengthen international academic partnerships through student mobility. - Program Activities 1.
