Visa Process Participants are responsible for obtaining the appropriate visa or entry permission before traveling to Thailand. The program will provide an Acceptance Letter for participation in the program. However, this document is not intended for visa application purposes. Students who wish to apply for a Non-Immigrant ED (Education) Visa should inform the program coordinator in advance. KMUTT will provide a separate supporting letter and the required documents for the ED visa application. The ED visa generally permits a stay of up to 90 days, subject to approval by the Royal Thai Embassy or Consulate. Alternatively, participants may choose to apply for a Tourist Visa, subject to the visa requirements of their nationality and the duration of their stay in Thailand. Participants from eligible countries may also enter Thailand under the Visa Exemption Scheme, provided that the permitted period of stay covers the duration of the program.
