| Program Description | NiCE 2025 (NEUST International Cultural Engagement) is a premier, week-long cultural immersion program organized by the College of Management and Business Technology – Hospitality and Tourism Management Department of the Nueva Ecija University of Science and Technology (NEUST), Philippines. This transformative event is designed to bring together students, lecturers and staff from international universities, NiCE 2025 offers a unique platform for cultural discovery, global collaboration, and the promotion of sustainable practices aligned with the UN Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). Set against the vibrant backdrop of Cabanatuan City, Nueva Ecija—renowned as the “Rice Granary of the Philippines”—this immersive program embraces the theme “Diverse Connection through Culture and Experience.” More than a celebration of culture, NiCE 2025 serves as a dynamic bridge for fostering deeper cross-cultural understanding, expanding NEUST’s global partnerships, and promoting a shared vision for a more sustainable and inclusive future. Through the program, participants will gain not only a deeper understanding of Filipino culture but also learn how these cultural insights are intrinsically connected to global issues such as sustainability, education, health, and responsible economic development. This experience will empower participants to take part in creating positive change in their own countries, promoting SDGs in both their academic and professional endeavors.
